What to Expect

Enquiries typically receive a response within two working days. Initial conversations help us understand your project scope and requirements.

For complex projects, we may suggest an initial consultation—either remote or in person—to properly assess materials and discuss objectives. This allows us to provide accurate quotations and realistic timelines.

All consultations are treated confidentially. We understand that heritage materials often have personal or commercial sensitivity.

Our Location

Echo-reed operates from a converted granary in the Cotswolds, providing controlled environmental conditions ideal for conservation work. Our studio includes climate-monitored storage, specialised treatment areas, and imaging facilities.

The location offers excellent transport links across the United Kingdom. We regularly work with clients from London, the Midlands, Wales, and the South West.

Parking is available on-site for client visits. The nearest railway station is Kemble, approximately four miles distant, with direct services to London Paddington.

Regional Coverage

Whilst based in Gloucestershire, we accept commissions nationwide. Site visits for architectural consultancy or large-scale collections are scheduled throughout England, Scotland, and Wales.

Materials can be collected and returned via secure courier for conservation projects, or clients may prefer to deliver items personally.
